The front desk, restaurant workers and the valet parkers were exceptional!! Great customer service! The food was good. The grounds of the hotel are nice and relaxing. I will be back!

I loved staying at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. Love its Spanish charm - truly a charming boutique hotel. It has a courtyard with many places to sit and relax if not exploring La Jolla on a beautiful day. There are 2 restaurants on the property as well. The Mustangs & Burros an al fresco setting situated opens for dinner and the Greenfinch Restaurant which is open for brunch. I have dined at both during my stay. All the rooms have a French doors that either open to the garden or the courtyard. I was able to stay in both.

Well-kept Grounds, beautiful garden and the friendly staff. My daughter and I enjoy the stay at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. Both the breadfast offerings and the dining restraurant Mustangs & Burros were delicious. The hotel staff are really awesome! Before our arrival my email request was answered very friendly and on time. My daughter forgot her wallet in the dining restraurant and we are so gratful that the reception lady of Mustang& Burros and Drake at the front desk helped us to find it back. Natalia was very patient to explain us everything during the check-in and made the checkout very efficietly. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel property is very beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. I also really appreciated the effort the Front Desk team took to make our stay feel special. Prior to arriving they texted me to see if we had any needs to plan for before we got to the hotel. I indicated that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they helped us with a room upgrade and complimentary drinks from Mustangs & Burros. They also sent my wife handwritten birthday cards, which was a nice touch.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I requested to change rooms because my original room smelled musty and felt damp inside. A wonderful clerk at the reception changed my room to a higher level floor without any delays or complications. My new room was bright, lovely, and welcoming!

The room was a nice size and was clean. The valet parking was expensive but the valet drivers were very friendly!

The suite was immaculate! I’ve never stayed at a cleaner hotel, surpasses Ritz and Four Seasons. They stocked everything you needed, even a complimentary bottle of wine and margarita making machine. The staff was so friendly and efficient. UCSD is right across the street and we were moving our daughter in, so convenient! Will always stay here, worth the $$ 😀🍷

The accommodations were great and the location was nice. You're close to the beach and everyone is friendly. The facilities are beautiful and well kept.
